Timesheet approval deadlines & payment dates

Timesheet are paid every Thursday for work completed the prior week (Monday to Sunday).

To ensure you are paid on time, please ensure your online timesheet is submitted and approved through the Hudson Contractor Zone or Flexhive App by Monday 7pm AEST/AEDT.

If you are working with a client that uses a different timesheet system (e.g. Fieldglass), please ensure your timesheet is submitted and approved by Monday 2pm AEST/AEDT.

What happens if my timesheet is approved past the deadline?

If your timesheet is approved late, we have a second weekly payment run that is paid Friday.

To ensure you are paid on the second payment run, please ensure your online timesheet is submitted and approved through the Hudson Contractor Zone or Flexhive App by Wednesday 7pm AEST/AEDT.

If you are working with a client that uses a different timesheet system (e.g. Fieldglass), please ensure your timesheet is submitted and approved by Wednesday 2pm AEST/AEDT.

If approved any later, you will be paid the following week.
