If you have been overpaid:
If you have been overpaid, please contact support@hudson.com to let us know.
Please provide the details of your overpayment and the correct hours you should have been paid for.
We will then provide this to our payroll team who will be able to make the adjustment.
Once the adjustment has been created, you will be contacted to re-pay the overpaid money back to us. This can be deducted from your next pay, or you can pay this back directly to us.
If you have been underpaid:
If you have been overpaid, please contact support@hudson.com to let us know.
If your hours have been underpaid, please let us know the details of this with the correct hours you worked. If additional hours need to be added to the system, the support team will add these to the system. Timesheet approval will be required.
For any other reason, please let us know and we will liaise with the payroll team for any discrepancies.
