Overview
The Profile tab in your portal records your personal and employment details. You will only be able to access your Profile if you have configured 2FA in your portal.
Once you’ve logged in and set up 2FA, go to the Profile tab to confirm your personal information has been entered so that you can be processed through payroll.
If there is mandatory data missing, you will see a banner at the top of the screen advising that your profile is incomplete. The mandatory fields that are incomplete will be marked with a red exclamation point.
